This is a flexible position designed for individuals who can adapt to varying responsibilities and scheduling needs.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles May Include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Server</li>\n<li>Lead Server - <br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em><span style=\"color: rgb(126, 140, 141)\">Lead Server roles are non-management, hourly positions. While Lead Servers may assist with training, shift suggestion, or supporting team operations, they do not have authority to hire, fire, discipline, set pay rates, or make independent managerial decisions. Lead Servers are considered part of the service team and are eligible to participate in tip pooling in accordance with applicable law</span></em></span></li>\n<li>Host</li>\n<li>Busser</li>\n<li>Cook</li>\n<li>Dishwasher</li>\n<li>Receiving</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team members will be cross-trained and expected to assist in different areas based on business needs.</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Server, Host, Busser, Dishwasher: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$16.90/hour + allocable tips</span></li>\n<li>Lead Server: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$18.00/hour + allocable tips</span></li>\n<li>Cook: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$20.00/hour + allocable tips</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible scheduling required</li>\n<li>Shifts may include <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AM and PM hours</span>, including weekends and holidays</li>\n<li>We strive to accommodate employee scheduling requests; however, availability must align with business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide excellent guest service in all assigned roles</li>\n<li>Support team operations across front and back of house</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas</li>\n<li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards</li>\n<li>Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness and ability to work in multiple roles</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>\n<li>Reliable and punctual</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">stand for extended periods of time</span></li>\n<li>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lift and carry 20–40 pounds</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Status (At-Will):<br></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">E</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mployment with the Company is at-will.
