font-size: 16px\">We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our Roseburg, Oregon office who is highly motivated and passionate about what they do. S+B James Project Managers are responsible to provide effective leadership, mentorship, and ensure quality and timely completion of projects assigned. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span> for S+B James Construction Management Project Managers include, but are not limited to the following:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Overall project and team performance</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, project teams and S+B James staff</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Estimate and develop project budgets</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Prepare and maintain the project schedule with the superintendent</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Thoroughly understand and administer owner contracts</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Mitigate project risk and communicate with stakeholders effectively</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Project financial management including, but not limited to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Project Buy Out and Subcontracts</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Change Orders</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Budget Adjustments</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Owner SOV &amp; Billings</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Monthly Project Status Reports</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Project coordination &amp; communication</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Manage &amp; assist the project superintendent</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Responsible for job site safety adherence</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Lead all project meetings</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Project documentation</span>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Assist in the review of all RFI’s and submittal’s</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Assist with subcontractor insurance compliance</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Responsible for all project staff development and training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related construction field</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Strong knowledge and understanding of the construction field, with at least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">OSHA 30</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Intermediate to Proficient level of understanding in Sage 300, Procore or similar construction management software</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Ability to travel as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;
