Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Transport patients and clients in a safe and professional manner</li>\n <li>Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and  the ablity to receive  and perform additional  duties/instructions</li>\n <li>Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift</li>\n <li>Comforts patients and their family members by offering support and encouragement</li>\n <li>Stock supplies daily and help with inventory</li>\n <li>Assist with lab labeling</li>\n <li>Complete \"MOLST \" commnication book forms in a timely manner </li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma or GED equivialent</li>\n <li>Must have at least 1 year experience woring in a healthcare setting</li>\n <li>GNA certificaiton needed</li>\n <li>Must have a current CPR/BLS certification</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable working with the geriatric population</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team centered environment</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50lbs or more</li>\n <li>Must be able to work as scheduled</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer </p>\n<p>FutureCare has a longstanding policy of providing a work environment that respects the dignity and worth of each individual and is free from all forms of employment discrimination, including harassment, because of race, color, sex, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, national origin, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
