As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who operates as a strategic partner to our consulting leaders by translating enterprise people strategy into action within the business and ensuring consistent pull-through at the team and project level. Reporting into the Global Head of People, this role is accountable for bringing our people strategy to life within Consulting, shaping how it shows up in day-to-day operations, advising on business-specific talent needs, and owning targeted initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes. What You'll Own Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with Global Head of People Strategy and Experience, and consulting leadership to align headcount, skill mix, and hiring plans to business demand Diagnose gaps in capacity, capability, and leverage (pyramid health) Partner with TA and Staffing to prioritize hiring against real business needs and identify investments.
