We’re looking for a <strong>Resident Navigator</strong> to serve as a welcoming presence and trusted point of connection for our residents throughout their journey in our community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a key member of our Resident Experience Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth move-ins, supporting resident satisfaction, and helping residents feel right at home from day one.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome new residents and families with a personalized, warm move-in experience.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and lead move-in orientations and apartment readiness walk-throughs.</li>\n <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for resident questions, needs, and concerns.</li>\n <li>Maintain regular check-ins with residents, especially during the first 90 days.</li>\n <li>Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and enhance the resident experience.</li>\n <li>Support community events, welcome activities, and engagement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Assist Sales and Marketing with tours and move-in support as needed.</li>\n <li>Document resident interactions and feedback accurately and professionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, resident services, or a related field (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for serving seniors</li>\n <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities</li>\n <li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Canva experience a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in fast-paced environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment & Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Community and office-based setting with frequent resident interaction</li>\n <li>Primarily indoor work with occasional flexibility needed for events or move-ins</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Make a real difference in residents’ lives.</li>\n <li>Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth and training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily pay option available.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>Career Growth Opportunities.</li>\n <li>The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fellowship Square is a non-profit Christian Care Community that has been offering affordable senior housing for over 40 years while enhancing the quality of life and independence of our residents.</p>\n<p>We’re a mission-driven organization that values and supports our dedicated team.
