          "text": "<p><strong>What our Human Resources Generalist will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and resolve HR policy, compliance, and process issues; recommend and implement improvements.</li><li>Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; ensure alignment with California employment law.</li><li>Utilize WOW methodology to support consistent HR processes.</li><li>Process payroll-related changes, including hires, promotions, wage updates, and terminations.</li><li>Review and validate timecards, schedules, and wage changes; ensure wage and hour compliance.</li><li>Address payroll and timekeeping inquiries.</li><li>Prepare severance agreements and analyze weekly temporary employee status.</li><li>Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and corrective actions.</li><li>Promote a positive work environment and support conflict resolution.</li><li>Conduct or support investigations with proper documentation and reporting.</li><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding, New Hire Orientation, Hourly Wage and Hour training, and UKG data accuracy.</li><li>Support the annual GROW cycle, including goal setting and compensation planning.</li><li>Promote ongoing development conversations and identify training needs.</li><li>Stay informed on market trends, job classifications, and compensation practices.</li><li>Respond to benefit inquiries and coordinate with Corporate Benefits on escalations.</li><li>Serve as Philanthropic Lead for Wonderful Giving, Wonderful Together, and Good Neighbor programs.</li><li>Assist with company events and participate in committees and special projects.</li></ul>",
