effective and efficient operation of robotic welding operations through the administration of equipment, preventative maintenance and quality control while minimizing down time and ensuring all safety RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><strong>:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Organize production schedule, understand, and adhere to product acceptability requirements.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Ensure production schedule follow through as allocated by the scheduled department.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Perform first piece part quality checks and facility work-order paper flow in accordance with Hussey Seating Company Quality Standards.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Maintain consistent and accurate records and maintain accurate inventory counts.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Ensure transactions are processed in IFS consistently and correctly.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Maintain a well-organized and safe work environment in accordance with 6S.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Actively participate in Daily Communication meetings to review safety, quality delivery and continuous improvement actions.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Develop and maintain strong communication with internal departments who are staging materials for robotic operations.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures, Visual Workplace
