The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects associated with the plant operations of the facility.  Oversees the maintenance, housekeeping and the staff assigned to these departments. This position will direct the plant operations, maintenance, repair, mechanical systems and equipment for the facility. Oversees all aspects of the Safety Program and Environment of Care for the facility. Construction experience is a plus.</p>\n<p>Valid driver's license verified upon hire. </p>\n<p>Basic Life Support (BLS) and Handle with Care (HWC) required and obtained during orientation.</p>\n<p>Typing/word processing skills.  </p>\n<p>Spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills.  </p>\n<p>Excellent communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  </p>\n<p>Demonstrated management and organizational skills.  </p>\n<p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </p>\n<p>Knowledge and awareness of CMS, Joint Commission, State Department of Health Department and Life Safety Code regulations.  </p>\n<p>Analytical skills necessary in order to make calculations for installation and repair of equipment. </p>\n<p>Computer IT skills preferred. </p>\n<p>Ff</p>",
