Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Guest Assistance:</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet and welcome guests to the beach, providing information about available services and facilities.</li>\n <li>Assist guests in setting up beach chairs, umbrellas, and other equipment.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.</li>\n <li>Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.</li>\n <li>Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience.</li>\n <li>Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Safety and Maintenance:</strong></li>\n <li>Monitor the beach area to ensure a safe environment for guests.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections of beach equipment and report any maintenance issues.</li>\n <li>Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure beach atmosphere.</li>\n <li>Ensure safe operations of beach amenities including the High Tide Slide, Zing Ray Zipline, Surf Simulator and more. </li>\n <li>Regularly clean the beach area, including picking up litter and organizing beach furniture.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Equipment Management:</strong></li>\n <li>Organize and manage the distribution of beach equipment, such as towels, chairs, and umbrellas.</li>\n <li>Maintain an organized inventory of beach equipment and report any shortages or damages to management.</li>\n <li>Collect and store beach equipment at the end of each day.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of beach safety.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to lift and carry beach equipment.</li>\n <li>Proactive and attentive to detail.</li>\n <li>Dependable and dedicated work ethic. </li>\n <li>Must be comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</p>\n<p>Schedule: This position requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the resort and its guests.</p>\n<p> </p>Please learn more about our beautiful beach resorts at http://www.justletgo.com.
