This position is 32-40 hours per week and frequent, daily travel throughout our coverage area required (Androscoggin, Oxford, and parts of Northern Cumberland County). The primary work location can be either our South Paris or Lewiston Office, with a hybrid schedule to be considered once initial training is complete.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Starting Pay Range:</strong> $21.50-23.75</p><p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Partner with parents and caregivers in their homes to create and make progress toward family goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Help families understand their child&rsquo;s development and support the parent-child relationship, provide developmental screenings, and share parent-child activities.</li><li>Ensure clients are receiving a high-quality Maine Families experience by maintaining Maine Families Statewide Standards of Practice and Parents as Teachers model requirements.</li><li>Achieve outcomes based on contract performance-based measures, Parents as Teachers annual performance measures, and federal benchmarks</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, accident, critical illness &amp; hospital indemnity</li><li>Paid Time Off (up to 18 days for full-time employees)</li><li>13 paid holidays per year</li><li>403(b) pension plan with agency contribution and match</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Community Concepts is a qualified employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program</li><li>Numerous opportunities for paid training</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>One of the following is required:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Services or Related Field preferred and minimum one year experience of supervised work experience with young children and/or parents</li><li>Unrelated Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or related Associate&rsquo;s Degree with commitment to complete one of the following agency-paid-for programs within one year of hire and at least two years experience of supervised work experience with young children and/or parents</li></ul></li><li>Trauma-informed practice knowledge is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong> Must maintain professional licensure/certifications; must have working knowledge of early childhood mental health theories and practices; must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be team-oriented with the ability to work independently; must possess practical decision making and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and driver&rsquo;s insurance required.
