    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em>Position Summary</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Treasury &amp; Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Treasury team responsible for helping to manage Redwood&rsquo;s liquidity, funding and financing operations while contributing to strategic initiatives across teams. You will play a pivotal role in daily cash management, financing operations and structured finance strategy within a dynamic mortgage finance platform. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys collaborating across teams and adapting to a dynamic business landscape.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Warehouse Financing &amp; Whole Loan Operations</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the management of whole loan warehouse lines, including funding requests, reconciliations, margin activity, and recurring reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate settlement activity for whole loan trades</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track collateral positions, borrowing base availability, advance rates, and eligibility across multiple warehouse facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate with financing counterparties, custodians, broker-dealers, and internal operations teams to support operational accuracy and timely execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare internal and external reports for management, auditors, financing partners, and other stakeholders.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Strategic Finance &amp; Capital Markets Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with financial modeling, cash flow projections, and transaction analyses related to loan sales, securitizations, and other capital markets activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the analysis of funding costs, financing spreads, execution alternatives, and portfolio economics to help inform pricing and capital allocation decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help monitor market trends, investor activity, and capital markets conditions relevant to Redwood&rsquo;s mortgage banking, financing, and liquidity strategy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the preparation of management materials, transaction summaries, and ad hoc analyses for Treasury and senior business leaders.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reporting, Analytics &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support data validation, reconciliations, and exception tracking to improve reporting quality and decision-useful analytics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve transparency across Treasury and capital markets processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and operating metrics that enhance visibility into funding and portfolio activity.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Required Experience, Skills, &amp; Competencies</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1-3+ years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or financial operations (internships and co-op placements considered).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interest in mortgage finance, structured products, or capital markets preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
