Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery towards the achievement of desired patient outcomes.</p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or completion of one of the education requirements set by the NBRC.</li>\n <li>Respiratory Care experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certification/Licensure:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active<strong> </strong>RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Registered Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory Care required.</li>\n <li>Current BLS (American Heart Association) required. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>ACLS/PALS certification preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
