Don’t miss this opportunity to work with industry-leading scientists and engineers while contributing to the success and growth of an expanding, employee-owned firm.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate advanced project planning and development capabilities across a variety of projects and programs, including defining project scope, creating and managing budgets, developing schedules, and coordinating cross-functional teams&nbsp;</li><li>Proposal preparation&nbsp;</li><li>Business development</li><li>Apply innovative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges across multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee site inspections</li><li>Ensure proper records from research with articulate attention to details</li><li>Coordinate and manage field activities (soil boring advancement, ground water monitoring well installation, sub slab soil gas installation, ground water elevation surveys, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Media sampling &amp; analysis, data reduction&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical training and mentoring to junior staff</li><li>State regulatory submittals for CT, MA, RI, and NH</li><li>Data collection, field studies, estimating, calculations and project file management</li><li>Support existing and new clients including participating in targeted marketing and business development efforts, proposal preparation, and networking</li><li>Perform other duties, as assigned/requested</li></ul><p>Preferred location is BETA’s Norwood office.
