    "description_html": "<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p><strong>Summary/Objective</strong><br>The Warehouse Associate will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the Warehouse.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.</li><li>Prepares orders by pulling materials and packing job kits.</li><li>Communicates to Supply Chain Management &amp; entire VanTran Team regarding the accuracy and completeness of job kits.</li><li>Unloads merchandise from delivery trucks and checks to ensure that materials match delivery documents (Bill of Lading, Shipping Invoice, and/or Delivery Note) in accordance with VanTran procedure.</li><li>Verifies that received goods are intact and reports any defects.</li><li>Ensures all received goods are received in ERP system and put away immediately.</li><li>Ensures the highest level of 5S is applied to all Warehouse areas.</li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Performs inventory controls and maintains high quality standards for audits.</li><li>Assists Inventory Specialist in weekly cycle counts as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Ethical Practice.</li><li>Communication Proficiency.</li><li>Attention to Detail.</li><li>Critical Thinking.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills.</li><li>Self-Motivated.</li><li>Time Management.</li><li>Accountable to Objectives.</li><li>Organizational Skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong><br>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Position Type and Expected Hours of Work</strong></p><p>This is a full-time position. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, with rotating schedules (4:00AM-12:30PM, 6:00AM-2:30PM, and 8:00AM-4:30PM). However, depending on workload there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed.</p><p><strong>Travel</strong><br>Travel is not required for this position.</p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant Warehouse experience within the past 5 years.</li><li>Proficient with inventory control systems.</li><li>Must be computer literate and able to easily learn ERP systems.</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing Industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at a time.</li><li>Must wear safety gear, such as goggles and gloves, when handling box cutters or similar tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Authorization/Security Clearance</strong></p><p>Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US.</p><p><strong>AAP/EEO Statement</strong></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
