This position is salaried with both benefits and bonuses after a probationary period. There are no sales quota or goals, however, the position will write new business that is too small to have a Commercial Producer assigned to it. Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on \n<strong>simply being kind</strong> when servicing our co-workers and WF clients.\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing a commercial lines book of business and assisting two producers with their accounts.</li>\n <li>Adherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.</li>\n <li>Managing the commercial book entails:</li>\n <li>Order changes to current policies.</li>\n <li>Order and review renewals for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Re-market policies, as agreed upon.</li>\n <li>Market new business with contracted carriers and brokerages</li>\n <li>Perform coverage reviews.</li>\n <li>Generate proposals for new business and renewals</li>\n <li>Issue certificates and evidences.</li>\n <li>Report losses and follow-up with the client.</li>\n <li>Document electronic file completely and thoroughly.</li>\n <li>Utilize agency's latest technology to perform tasks.</li>\n <li>Invoice policies when necessary.</li>\n <li>Review and process audits.</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in all aspects of servicing commercial accounts (billing, endorsements, certificates, etc.) as well as marketing both new business and renewals.</li>\n <li>Three years of Commercial Insurance experience in both sales and servicing of commercial accounts.</li>\n <li>P&C Insurance License preferred, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>Stock options</li>\n <li>Bonus programs</li>\n <li>401(k) plan</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Life and AD&D insurance</li>\n <li>Long-term disability</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Employee assistance programs</li>\n <li>Pre-tax health and dependent-care spending plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p>WaFd Bank Benefits Summary - Click here for more information</p>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p>We are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
