    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(209, 72, 65);\">JRAD is seeking candidates for an immediate fill Electronic Warfare-Program/System Analyst position supporting the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Evaluation Directorate (C5ISRED). These position is an offsite position, but the candidate must be local to Aberdeen, MD (within 1-hr driving distance).</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Roles/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical guidance and system analysis on Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.</li><li>Work independently with minimal guidance on complex projects and assignments; tasks require expert level application of established methods, procedures, techniques, criteria, and programs.</li><li>Analyze program requirements for testability.</li><li>Evaluate EW systems for Operational Effectiveness and Operational Suitability.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete work reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices; programs and issues may present problems not susceptible to resolution by accepted methods and/or may require application of new developments and theories.</li><li>Participate in the development of Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) strategies, approaches, processes, schedules, and resource requirements.</li><li>Assist with generating and reviewing test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), System Evaluation Plans (SEPs), Development and Operational Test Plans, schedules, and various T&amp;E Evaluation Reports in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in Development and Operational Test events.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, logistics, external Government organizations, Army Capability Managers, and other Product Offices along with the defense industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Required Skills and Education:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business or other closely related technical discipline; plus fourteen (14) or more years of progressively responsible experience in the management of acquisition programs across a wide range of technical commodity areas to include three (3) years as the team leader of an acquisition project and an additional five (5) years as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program. Experience must demonstrate each of the following:<ul><li>Knowledge of Material Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, and Production and Deployment phases of the Acquisition Process.</li><li>Sufficient familiarity with modern qualitative and quantitative analysis tools to apply to the solution of problems and to provide guidance on the selection and use of such tools.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques, and other principles of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of systems integration techniques, system trade-off analysis, and/or program planning.</li><li>Electronic Warfare/Electronic Surveillance Systems</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Security Clearance:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Active &ndash; Top Secret (TS) clearance, with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>When you work for JRAD you will never be just a number.
