    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong>Assembly Material Puller</strong></p><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>Classification:&nbsp;</strong>Hourly</p><p><strong>Reports to: Assembly Supervisor</strong></p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>The Assembly Team Material Puller is responsible for product assembly and packaging operations, ensuring materials are accurately pulled, prepared and staged to meet production requirements.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions/Duties</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Monitor inventory levels for accuracy and ensure timely replenishment of materials.</li><li>Ensure all supplies and components are available/ready for production use (e.g. assembling kits).</li><li>Utilization of the ERP system, including RF scanners and PC applications, to manager material movement and inventory transactions.</li><li>Pull, stage and deliver materials to assembly areas following established procedures.</li><li>Support assembly and packaging tasks as required to meet production schedules.</li></ol><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li id=\"isPasted\">Ability to maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the organization.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage heavy workloads to support critical company functions.</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and during challenging situations.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol><p><strong>Physical/Cognitive Demands</strong></p><p>This is largely a physically active role including walking long distances (over uneven surfaces) to/within our production facility, lifting 50lbs or more, and standing for long periods. Position also requires bending, stooping, squatting or standing as necessary.&nbsp;Cognitive abilities required include deductive reasoning, information ordering, oral comprehension, oral expression, problem sensitivity, written comprehension, and written expression.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p><p>This is a full-time position.
