Our team aims to create more than a structure; we strive to build long-term relationships with both our employees and our clients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the construction project.  This role will participate in the development of the project, oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and execution, and is responsible for the year-end profit and/or loss of projects.  Some supervision of other Project Managers, Project Engineers and Interns will be required.  The SPM will nurture client and A/E relationships with long standing clients and engage with business development in acquiring and building new relationships. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Some of the specific responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Project Team to establish, monitor and achieve project goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare profit projections </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Write detailed scopes of work, review and evaluate bids and provide value design suggestions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hold overall responsibility for safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organize and create structure for successful projects while being flexible and comfortable with change</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage communication and resolve any conflicts </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and mitigate risk throughout project lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As an active part of the business development team, build lasting client and A/E relationships while simultaneously driving results</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure quality construction, safety standards and the proper use of construction techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Accurately estimate and value engineer projects from conceptual budget thru construction documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide initial schedule for estimating and bidding purposes and detailed baseline schedule for construction activities utilizing Microsoft Schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with all Owner contract requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Regular travel to job sites, some of which may be out of state</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Utilize project management software systems in place (Procore) to record and track all project documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage projects in progress including vendor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation and ensuring quality and safety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material and equipment, and continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures and profits through project completion</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain open, responsive, and professional communication with all team members<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Required Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Similar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ten Years + of Proven Project Management experience on Commercial Construction Projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Requires Proven Experience and Judgement</span></li>\n</ul>",
