    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Title:&nbsp;</strong><br>Maintenance Lead</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong><br>$39.54/Hour</p><p><strong>Category/Shift:</strong><br>Hourly Full-Time (NIGHTS)</p><p><strong>Physical Location:</strong><br><strong>Atlanta Container (Forest Park, GA)</strong></p><p><strong>The Job You Will Perform:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments) and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics.</li><li>Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI.</li><li>Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress.</li><li>Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency.</li><li>Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.</li><li>Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
