You’ll be<strong>&nbsp;</strong>responsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Essential functions:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches, participate in center tours, and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.</li>\n <li>Assist with leading tours, follow on all attendees with an email, text message or phone call.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.</li>\n <li>Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalency</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Social media and computer proficiency are also required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Why:</strong>&nbsp;Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
