  "BriefDescription": "The Critical Conferencing Scheduler worker will provide the Director of Conferencing Services administrative assistance support and specifically will coordinate with the Director and Children’s Aid workers, supervisors and other directors or senior directors to schedule monthly permanency family team conferences, to track and follow up on missed or failed conferences and support rescheduling of conferences as necessary.  This scheduler will also provide support for the coordination and scheduling critical decision-making conferences facilitated by Children’s Aid or the ACS Office of Family Team Conferencing or Interdisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings as required by the Director.  Scheduler will also provide reception support for FTC office.",
