Prepare regular reports to communicate trends, progress, and improvement opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage project controls functions including RFIs, submittals, change orders, commissioning tracking in Compass, and site logistics coordination to support efficient project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, budget, schedule, milestones, and critical paths, while monitoring performance against established targets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and control project costs and schedules, identify risks and potential delays, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders through regular meetings, reporting, and performance updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards are met by supporting quality control processes, maintaining accurate project documentation, and assisting with contract administration and compliance with contractual requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"> What We're Looking For: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Education:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> An industry-related college degree is required.
