This role provides advanced technical support for datacenter and virtualization platforms and supports <b>NERC CIP compliance activities</b> and <b>patch and vulnerability management</b> across NERC‑rated environments.<span> </span></span></p><p><span>The position requires strong technical depth, disciplined documentation practices, and the ability to work independently on complex infrastructure and compliance‑driven initiatives while collaborating across IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.<span> </span></span></p><p><span><b>Primary Responsibilities </b><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b>Infrastructure Engineering &amp; Operations</b><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Administer and support enterprise OT infrastructure environments, including: <span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Windows Server and desktop operating systems<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Active Directory, file services, permissions, DNS, and DHCP<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Windows Clustering, Hyper V, and VMware platforms <span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Omnissa Horizon<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Linux operating systems<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Maintain system documentation and standards <br /><span> </span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><b>NERC CIP Compliance Support</b><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support NERC CIP requirements <span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and system inventories aligned to CIP standards<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Ensure infrastructure configurations and operational practices align with AES cybersecurity and compliance expectations<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b>Patch &amp; Vulnerability Management </b><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute patch and vulnerability management activities for infrastructure systems within NERC rated and secure environments<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Test, document, and implement software and firmware updates in accordance with compliance requirements<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Track vulnerabilities, remediation actions, and patch status for audit readiness<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Support scheduled maintenance windows and controlled change processes<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Proactively reduce operational and cybersecurity risk through lifecycle management<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b>Project &amp; Team Collaboration</b><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Participate in infrastructure and compliance related projects (e.g., virtualization, monitoring, datacenter upgrades)<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during implementation and maintenance activities<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Contribute to infrastructure standards, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders<span> </span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b>Qualifications </b><span> </span></span></p><p><span>Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology / Computer Science/Engineering) preferred or equivalent with relevant work experience required. <span> </span></span></p><p><span>5&#43;
