Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of issues. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and experiences. Support administrative and customer-related tasks as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
