Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.</p><p>Specialism –&nbsp;Investment Banking Operations, Capital Market, Reference Data</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Associate Process Manager-&nbsp;Responsibilities</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Lead and mentor the Reference Data team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage day-to-day reference data operations including creation, validation, maintenance, enrichment, and issue resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the complete client onboarding lifecycle from initiation to activation.</li><li>Establish and enforce data governance standards, controls, and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across systems and platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, technology, and analytics teams to support data requirements and strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective/preventive actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle escalations related to reference data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements where applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and data dictionaries.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in system enhancements, testing, migrations, and transformation projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage workload allocation, team capacity planning, and SLA adherence.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular reporting and insights to management on operational performance and risks.</li><li>Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction</li><li>Experience in financial services, banking, healthcare, retail, or enterprise operations environments.</li><li>Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data governance frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.</li><li>Experience with automation and process optimization initiatives.</li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p>Minimum Qualifications-&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)</li><li>2 + years of experience in experience in reference data, master data management, data operations, or related domains.</li><li>Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope</li><li>Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred</li><li>Seeking a challenging new position in a dynamic high growth company and industry.</li><li>Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>eClerx Financial Markets offers consulting, technological innovation, and process management expertise to uniquely solve operational challenges for financial organizations worldwide.
