Site Preparation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform physical labor to assist with interior demolition and site prep.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Remove materials such as sheetrock, ceiling grid/tiles, flooring, and adhesives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Operate tools and machinery (e.g., chipping hammers, jackhammers, sawzalls, floor scrapers) safely and efficiently.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; You must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work with tools and equipment such as hand tools, chipping hammers, jackhammers, Sawzalls, cordless impacts, floor scrapers, and floor scrubbers. Climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and maneuvering in tight or elevated spaces may be necessary, and physical exertion should be expected throughout the day.
