    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong>*Must be able to work on-site in Ellendale, ND*</strong></p><p><strong>Technician</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Install low voltage systems to meet the customer&rsquo;s specifications in a commercial setting.<em>&nbsp;</em>Work independently and/or lead small teams. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Install low voltage systems, cabling infrastructure, and equipment in commercial/industrial sites in a neat and organized manner</li><li>Perform all cable pulling, cable supports, fireproofing, terminating, and testing in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other local regulations</li><li>Test cable infrastructure to ensure performance meets TIA standards</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and project manuals to properly program and verify new systems</li><li>Ensure all schedules and deadlines are met<em>&nbsp;</em></li><li>Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently</li><li>Supervise and maintain the work performance of small teams, including training as necessary</li><li>Enforce work rules, safety rules, and other Company policies</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and attitude</li><li>Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>5+ years of experience required</li><li>Fiber Optic Experience or Training preferred such as FOA certification</li><li>BICSI Installer 1 and/or BICSI Installer 2 highly preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>40 + hour work week</li><li>Potential for overtime, night, and weekend work</li></ul><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p><ul><li>The ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time</li><li>Able to work on your feet for an entire day</li><li>Ability to climb ladders throughout the day</li><li>Able to grasp, push, pull, and carry objects</li><li>Good hand-eye coordination</li><li>Able to work at heights and in confined or awkward spaces</li><li>Able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl</li></ul><p><strong>Senior Technician</strong></p><p>Install low voltage systems to meet the customer&rsquo;s specifications in a commercial setting.<em data-pasted=\"true\">&nbsp;</em>Work independently and/or lead projects and crews independently. &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>7+ years of experience required</li><li>Fiber Optic Experience or Training preferred such as FOA certification</li><li>BICSI Installer 1 and/or BICSI Installer 2 highly preferred</li><li>BICSI Technician certification preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Journeyperson Technician</strong></p><p>The Journeyperson Technician is responsible for running large low voltage projects and managing multiple crews. &nbsp;Low voltage systems are installed to meet the customer&rsquo;s specifications in commercial settings.&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>9+ years of experience required</li><li>Fiber Optic Experience or Training preferred such as FOA certification</li><li>BICSI Installer 1 and/or BICSI Installer 2 highly preferred</li><li>BICSI Technician certification preferred</li></ul><p>Pay Based on experience: $40-$50 hourly</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
