This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Administers PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and consistent with facility policy.</span></li><li style='text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure antiseptic techniques and good hand washing practices for infection control, as well as utilizing universal precautions are in place and practiced.</span></li><li style='text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Certified Medication Technician CMT reports and when appropriate, records any changes observed in condition or behavior of residents and unusual incidents.</span></li><li style='text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Submit incident/accident reports to supervisor or Administrator within twentyfour (24) hours after their occurrence.</span></li><li style='text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Communicates with medical staff, nursing service and other department supervisors.</span></li><li style='text-align: justify;
