          "text": "<p><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Special requirements: local resource only; work a 12 hour shift - 5 days a week</b></p><p><br /></p><p><b><u>Required skills: </u></b></p><ul><li>NetBackup / Backup Exe Admin</li><li>Overview</li><li>Create directory on NAS Share</li><li>Restore data from weekly fulls</li><li>The Backup Administrator responsibility includes system administration and support of engineering and design of the data backup environments. Key areas of support include:</li><li>Day to Day Systems Operation and Support</li><li>Performance Tuning</li><li>Backup Technology Implementation and Refresh</li><li>System Design</li><li>Standardization and Documentation</li><li>Oncall Team Rotation</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><u> Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years&apos; experience with Symantec NetBackup Enterprise in a large multi-platform environment</li><li>Strong NetBackup 7.x expertise.</li><li>Support of installation processes, configuration, retention levels, policies and complete architecture for Netbackup.</li><li>Support requirements and standards including backup selections, policy types, retention levels, archiving tasks, etc.</li><li>Experience with support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for tape backup and SAN environments.</li><li>Experience and understanding of snapshot and data replication technologies.</li><li>Use of NetBackup MSDP, database agents such as RMAN, SQL, Enterprise Vault, and Exchange.</li><li>Experience and strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, VMware, Solaris, and AIX.</li><li>Experience supporting backup system hardware including IBM TS3500 Tape Library, IBM TS1130 Tape Drives, Data Domain, and NetBackup Appliances.</li><li>Experience supporting day to day management of disk and tape</li></ul>",
