We are actively looking for people who want to develop their skillsets, take on new challenges, and advance their careers within the organization.</p><p>As innovation at CIMA+ is part of the overall vision, our growing teams are called upon to produce engineering drawings for various disciplines, in 2D and 3D, to carry out our projects for multiple disciplines/sectors including Energy T&amp;D, Stations electrical, P&amp;C, Telecom, and others.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work and collaborate with engineers, designers and other professionals in preparing detailed civil/structural and telecommunications drawings using CAD programs.</li><li>Develop drawings for Telecom panel/cabinet/rack layouts, cable routings, fiber network, grounding details, block and level/flow diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams, telecom towers, microwave/antenna configurations and mounting details, equipment platforms, and foundation details.</li><li>Create bill of materials, nameplate, cable schedules and various structure data sheets;</li><li>Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail ensuring adherence of our engineering; drawing deliverables to our client’s standards and requirement;</li><li>Ability to identify design clashes and potential drawing conflicts;</li><li>Support mentorship training and guiding of other team members;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in coordinating with designers and project managers;</li><li>Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions;</li><li>Quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms, programs and client standards;</li><li>Participate in occasional field/site visits as required;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technology or equivalent Certification;</li><li>Minimum 5 years drafting experience in construction and as-built projects, preferably in telecommunications and structural design</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD;</li><li>Strong knowledge in 2D/3D CAD and manual drafting;</li><li>Familiarity with Substation Design Suite (SDS) is an asset.</li><li>Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);</li><li>Strong analytical and computing skills;</li><li>Knowledge in MicroStation, Elecdes, GIS and/or Navisworks is an asset;</li><li>Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, BIM or Inventor is preferred;</li><li>Experience in Point Clouds and Clash Detection;</li><li>Familiarity with Autodesk Vault is an asset</li><li>Knowledge in customization programming for AutoCAD is an asset;</li><li>Knowledge of Safety design codes;</li><li>Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure components</li><li>Experience reviewing site survey data and incorporating into design drawings.</li><li>Additional technical certifications or industry knowledge is an asset.</li></ul><p>The expected salary for this position is from $62,500 to $74,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s ,experience, training, skills and internal equity.
