This position includes a mix of general civil litigation, employment cases, and counseling employers on workplace matters. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of relevant experience</li>\n<li>Experience in both state and federal courts, including responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, e-discovery, depositions, and oral arguments</li>\n<li>Experience drafting, updating, and revising employer policies and handbooks</li>\n<li>Experience responding to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers</li>\n<li>Experience providing employment law advice to Human Resource professionals on compliance with workplace rules and regulations</li>\n<li>Strong writing and oral advocacy skills</li>\n<li>Prior experience at a mid- to large-sized law firm preferred</li>\n<li>Oregon Bar admission required; Washington admission is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique firm environment and collaborate closely with experienced, supportive practitioners.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To Apply:</span> Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample. <span>We look forward to learning more about you.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span> Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
