          "text": "<ul><li>Inspects parts for defects and material handling damage</li><li>Scrapes or rubs parts with file, wire brush, or buffing cloth</li><li>Mounts tools on revolving spindle for abrasive finishing and deburring.</li><li>Able to change out tooling such as rubberized abrasives and bench grinder abrasive wheels as needed</li><li>Holds part against deburring / grinding wheel to deburr tube surfaces or grind weld beads Deburrs or polishes parts</li><li>Operates Dremel with Scotchbrite or abrasive wheel to polish parts</li><li>Uses Flex-hone (Wire-brush) when indicated on operational instructions</li><li>Operates hand held Die-Grinder</li><li>Uses Compressed Air to ensure interior and exterior of parts are blown off after polishing</li><li>Operate Grit Blast Cabinet</li><li>The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Employee must pass the respirator medical evaluation and respirator fit test prior to performing any duties and on an annual basis thereafter.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to wear a respirator on average 8 hours a day.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed</li></ul>",
