Overview Director of Business Development – Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM) 📍 Location: Virginia (Must reside in or be willing to relocate) At MPOWERHealth, our mission is simple: safer surgery for every patient. Responsibilities 🎯 What You'll Do Drive Market Growth Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and physician groups Build strategic relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, vascular surgeons, hospital executives, and OR leadership Develop and execute territory growth strategies that expand market share and drive predictable case volume growth Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently advance opportunities from prospecting through implementation Assist with contract discussions and help navigate complex decision-making processes across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders Become a Trusted Clinical & Operational Partner Confidently communicate the clinical and operational value of MPOWERHealth’s IOM solutions Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account success Understand competitive dynamics, reimbursement trends, and market pressures impacting healthcare providers Position MPOWERHealth as a differentiated partner focused on service quality, responsiveness, and outcomes Build Relationships That Last Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers Serve as a strategic resource to clients — not just a salesperson Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and help convert competitive business Represent MPOWERHealth with professionalism, urgency, and credibility in every interaction Qualifications ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven success in healthcare business development, strategic sales, or physician relationship management Ability to operate effectively in complex healthcare environments and navigate multiple stakeholders Strong executive presence and communication skills Highly self-motivated with a competitive, growth-oriented mindset Experience managing a sales pipeline and driving measurable results Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree required Salesforce and CRM proficiency preferred Strongly Preferred Experience in IOM, medical devices, surgical services, spine, neuro, orthopedic, or hospital-based healthcare services Existing relationships within hospital systems or surgical specialties Travel Approximately 40% travel Flexibility for client meetings, industry events, and strategic growth opportunities 🔥 Ready to Make an Impact?
