Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level </li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?    </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the leadership and operational performance of the flight crewmembers assigned to the base in areas such as safety, efficiency, dependability, quality customer service, training/qualifications and lost time   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with General Managers and other departments at the stations to resolve operational problems that affect pilot and/or base performance, including Pilot Debrief handling and delay investigations  </li>\n <li>Ensure crewmember compliance with FAA, Company and Flight Department Rules and Regulations and will be responsible for performance counseling and the administration of discipline and/or discharge   </li>\n <li>Represent the Company in his or her actions and communications with the crewmembers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age of 18 </li>\n <li>College degree or equivalent </li>\n <li>Valid passport with the ability to travel to and from any country served by our flight operation </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build consensus </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint </li>\n <li>Will be required to work non-standard work schedules due to operation need including nights, holidays and weekends </li>\n <li>Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing </li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n <li><p>Current pilots are encouraged to apply, however this is not an active pilot position, and the position will be compensated in accordance with Envoy management pay practices. </p> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#EnvoyCorporate</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
