The Physician works under the direction of the SUD Medical Director and/or the Statewide Medical Director in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure that efficient and clinically appropriate services are provided.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Some of the unique benefits of correctional healthcare include:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>A clinically interesting, diverse patient population in a secure and structured setting</li>\n\t<li>Freedom from insurance, coding and reimbursement hassles</li>\n\t<li>Ability to spend time with your patients.
