font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>The Case Manager - Recovery Coach (CMRC) will provide recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist patients in achieving sustained recovery. &nbsp; This position will maintain ongoing patient support of recovery, as well as ambivalence and will serve as a motivator.</span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Why Work for SMOC?</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Attend &amp; participate in team meetings as requested and communicate effectively with clients and staff in other areas.</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Maintain confidentiality of client, employee and agency information in accordance with federal and state laws and funder requirements.</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ensure compliance with program/department, agency and/or funder requirements, as well as SMOC policies &amp; procedures. &nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Completion of Recovery Coach Academy training is required and Certified addiction Recovery Coach &ldquo;CARC&rdquo; designation required within the first 12 months of employment &nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>An open mind to the many paths of recovery&nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Have lived experience in recovery&nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Strong written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Must currently be or have previously been a recipient of the Addiction Recovery Services &nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Bilingual Spanish Language skills required &nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ability to facilitate recovery groups &nbsp;</li><li style='font-size: 16px;
