Your work will ensure we deliver differentiated offerings that balance customer experience, product market fit, and profitability.</p><p>The starting salary range for this position is $100k, but will be highly commensurate with experience.&nbsp;</p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Own Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop frameworks to manage a diverse product mix, aligning pricing, fleet composition, and customer segments for maximum impact.</li><li>Analyze Market &amp; Customer Trends: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements that expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM).&nbsp;Model profitability expectations for new products across a range of scenarios.</li><li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, revenue management, and technology teams to bring product strategies to life.</li><li>Drive Innovation: Launch pilots, test new offerings, and iterate based on performance metrics and customer feedback.</li><li>Influence Leadership Decisions:&nbsp;Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and guide investment priorities.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>Proven Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or revenue strategy—bonus points if it’s in mobility, logistics, or tech. You’ve led projects that delivered measurable results.</li><li>Education That Counts: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s is a plus, but your impact matters more than your title.</li><li>Data Fluency: You’re fluent in Excel and SQL and have built models and automated reports that drive real decisions. You’ve used tools like Tableau or Power BI to turn data into stories.</li><li>Strategic Mindset: You think beyond the numbers. You’ve built or improved demand models, scenario plans, or forecasting systems that helped your team scale or pivot.</li><li>Collaboration Superpowers: You’ve worked across teams—operations, product, finance, or fleet—and know how to bring people together to solve complex problems.</li><li>Clear Communicator: You can explain technical insights in a way that makes sense to everyone in the room. You’ve presented to senior leaders and influenced decisions with data.</li><li>Bias for Action: You’re energized by fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
