font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">ZelTech is seeking resourceful and innovative multi-disciplined individuals with rf/electrical/electronic/mechanical/information systems engineering experience to support the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced electrical and electronics systems for unmanned systems (UxS).<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">This person will provide SETA level on-site systems development, prototype integration, prototype design, operational field, and test support to the Government customer located in Bethesda, MD.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Provide electrical engineering support for UxS advanced technology development, including the development of system architectures and requirements in accordance with applicable Navy standards.</li><li>Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic system architectures for UxS platforms and subsystems, including vehicle control, power conversion/distribution, and sensor integration.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the development of vehicle control, power control, power conversion, and power distribution systems, including interface control to input sources and output loads</li><li>Oversee integration of electrical systems with mechanical, software, and communication subsystems.</li><li>Interface with fabrication and prototyping teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of electrical builds.</li><li>Provide support for in-house technology development initiatives, including feasibility assessments of proposals and ongoing projects by other parties in government, academia, and industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand systems engineering and project management processes and apply as needed, including development of requirements.</li><li>Provide supporting technical and logistics documentation relative to recommended design improvements and performance requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide, design, and make recommendations for complex multi-discipline systems.</li><li>Provide operational support to field designed systems.</li><li>Prepare statements of work, cost estimates, presentations and reports, and research technical information to support design and prototyping.</li><li>Support project planning, design, development, and execution for research development, investigations, analyses, demonstrations, and testing.</li><li>Recommend improvements in design, operation, maintenance, and safety for assigned systems and equipment.</li><li>Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and make recommendations for improvement/refinement and advise technically.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports on project status, risk, expenditures, execution, etc.</li><li>Integrate multiple components and COTs/GOTs systems into various systems and payloads at system level.</li><li>Plan, lead, and conduct hardware development, modification, and related functions to adapt vendor-manufactured hardware to meet Government needs and contingencies.</li><li>Analyze problems, define risks, and develop mitigation plans rapidly.</li><li>Design and implement payloads or other equipment involving mechanical, electrical, software and structural design and engineering skills.</li><li>Must be adaptable, innovative, creative, and ready to lead their organization and project team on mission critical projects.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned to accomplish the mission goals.<span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must be a US citizen.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must possess a secret level clearance with the ability to achieve a TS.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">BA/BS (preferably in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering) and ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Successful background and drug screening check.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Preferred Requirements</strong>:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Previous experience with Government R&amp;D.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Background in Engineering.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs, including one or more of the following: operations, maintenance, design, research, development, experimentation, and/or testing.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
