The incumbent will service both clinical and community nutrition for both Eskasoni Health Centre and the upcoming Kiknu Long Term Care facility. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #050505; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #050505; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #050505; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #050505; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Clinical &amp; Community Nutrition: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #050505; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">As part of multi-disciplinary team, the dietitian will collaborate with primary care providers including physicians, home and community care staff, Kiknu Long Term Care staff, diabetes care program, maternal and child health program, early intervention, addiction and mental health services, community health and chronic disease management in Eskasoni.
