In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You will play a key role in the conceptual development, scheduling, and successful implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.</li>\n <li>Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li>\n <li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.</li>\n <li>Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics.</li>\n <li>Support business development through client relationship management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.</li>\n <li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction sites, and loud environments.</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed.
