The company was acquired by TRUMPF Photonics and has had significant growth.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Thin Film Operator will be responsible for the deposition of thin film coatings and photolithography on microelectronic parts. The functions are performed in adherence with the pre-established thin film process sheets that identify the manufacturing procedures specific to each type of part that is being manufactured to ensure and maintain lot integrity.</p><p><strong>What You Get to Do</strong></p><ul><li>Complete work according to process sheet instructions, in a tightly controlled environment</li><li>Test work results and document part parameters by completing the process sheet and recording yield data in the FileMaker database</li><li>Inspect parts dimensionally against customer requirements as found in the router</li><li>Processes will include: Photolithography</li><li>Follow all safety protocols</li><li>Perform routine machine maintenance and record data in FileMaker if applicable</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean work area</li><li>Cross-train as requested in other areas of the company</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>0-3 years of experience. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, boot covering, and gloves while working. &nbsp;</li><li>Position requires working with chemicals, measuring devices, and microscopes. &nbsp;</li><li>Individual must have previous experience working in a similar environment. &nbsp;</li><li>Individual must have previous experience with Photolithography.</li><li>Must be able to work with general supervision and demonstrate extremely high levels of precision and accuracy.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Wage</li><li>A generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401K plans, and PTO</li><li>Employer-paid vision plan, Employer paid Basic Life and AD&amp;D Insurance, and Employer Paid Disability Insurance</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>4-Day workweek&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Mon. - Thur. 6 am-4:30 pm",
