    "description": "<p>We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an House/Apartment Make Ready Technician  to our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Your main responsibility will be the finalizing the repairs on rental properties from with our renovation team and getting them rent ready for our leasing team. This will mainly include repairing damages done by previous residents which can be very wide ranging.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a full time $20-$23 an hour position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:<br></p>\n<p>-Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures</p>\n<p>-A valid driver’s license</p>\n<p>-Pass a background and criminal check.</p>\n<p>-Basic set of hand and electric tools</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Abilities in the following:</p>\n<p>-Show up on time and ready to work</p>\n<p>-Stay on task and work proficiently on your own</p>\n<p>-Follow general company policies.</p>\n<p>-Strong communication skills</p>\n<p>-Lifting of heavy materials</p>\n<p>-Cleaning</p>\n<p>-Landscaping</p>\n<p>-Basic maintenance and repairs </p>\n<p>-Trash clean up</p>\n<p>-Basic plumbing</p>\n<p>-Basic appliance and electrical repair</p>\n<p>-Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues</p>\n<p>-General handyman abilities and various repair</p>\n<p>-Ability to work as part of a team and perform tasks independently </p>\n<p>-Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards etc…)</p>\n<p><br>Most of our rental units are houses located across the metro area and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the metro.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In the question that asks \"have you read the entire job posting\" please respond with the exact phase \"333\" we will not look at resume's that do not answer with this phase to make sure resume's in consideration have read the job requirements.</p>\n<p><br>Please include your resume and salary requirements for the position you are applying for.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits after 90 Day Probationary Period: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401K</li>\n<li>3 weeks PTO</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Mileage reimbursement</li>\n<li>Insurance Incentive<br></li>\n<li>Free Gym Membership</li>\n</ul>",
