At Legacy, Pharmacy Services plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission to make life better for everyone.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re a <strong>Pharmacy Technician</strong> who shares our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, we invite you to consider joining our dedicated team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, or Pharmacy Technician Lead to support outpatient pharmacy operations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Receive prescription requests and accurately enter them into the computer database.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare medications for dispensing following pharmacy protocols.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist customers and patients at the cash register, providing friendly and efficient service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve billing and coverage issues.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate with referring physicians’ offices to clarify prescription details or resolve questions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock accordingly.</p></li>\n <li><p>Profile prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Other education required to obtain and/or maintain Pharmacy Technician licensure may be necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior pharmacy technician or clerk experience, or pharmacy technician program current student or program graduate, preferred.</li>\n <li>Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Pharmacy Technician license required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $27.00 - USD $35.17 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
