      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience managing structural steel fabrication or erection projects</li>\n<li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications</li>\n<li>Knowledge of structural steel processes and industry standards such as AWS and AISC</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating with fabrication teams, field crews, and subcontractors</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets and project costs</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments</li>\n<li>Understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices</li>\n<li>Experience with Tekla Structures or Tekla PowerFab is a plus</li>\n\n</div>"
