If you're motivated by autonomy, accountability, and upward mobility — and you want to help shape the future of natural performance — you'll go far at VivaZen. role WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key driver of new business development for a rapidly growing, category-leading wellness brand. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging convenience stores, smoke shops, and specialty retail accounts across the United States to expand VivaZen’s retail footprint. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a proven ability to build relationships and close business over the phone. You will be responsible for prospecting kratom-aware retailers, presenting the VivaZen product line, and securing initial orders through the company’s B2B Shopify platform. This position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio of accounts while directly contributing to company growth. High-performing representatives may advance into an Order Desk role focused on account management, customer retention, and revenue expansion within existing accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive New Account Openings: Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified kratom-aware retail leads — convenience stores, smoke shops, and head shops — and close first orders through the B2B Shopify portal. Own Your Pipeline: Manage every lead from first contact through close, logging all activity in CRM with accuracy and discipline. Your pipeline is your business. Build Call Volume: Execute consistent, high-output daily dial activity. This is a results-through-volume role — you must be comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day. Manage Follow-Ups: When a prospect says call back next week — call back next week. Consistent follow-through is the difference between a good rep and a great one. Multi-SKU Selling: Introduce new accounts to the full VivaZen product line. Closing on one SKU is the floor, not the ceiling. CRM Compliance: Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy on all call activity, lead stages, and order entries. Your data is your book of business. Collaborate: Work with Coral and Colin to improve your close rate, refine your pitch, and accelerate your path to the Order Desk. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of inside sales, telesales, or call center experience — required Demonstrated comfort with high call volume (80–100+ outbound dials per day) Central or West Coast time zone strongly preferred; Eastern considered for exceptional candidates Experience selling into retail or wholesale accounts over the phone CRM proficiency — Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent; must be able to manage a pipeline independently Thick skin and tenacity — kratom retail accounts (c-stores, smoke shops, head shops) are notoriously difficult to reach; you must handle objections and unavailability without losing momentum Reliable home office setup: computer, high-speed internet, dedicated phone Driven, self-directed, and accountable — remote work is not an opportunity to work when you feel like it; it is an opportunity to outperform 1099 independent contractor status — must understand and accept this classification High school diploma or GED required
