Make members feel appreciated through actions.</li><li>Work as a team with all personnel to maintain a positive atmosphere and an effective food and beverage service.</li><li>&nbsp;Develop relationships with members learning their beverage preferences and special requests.</li><li>Work with others to keep all areas clean and organized.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep product stocked/replenished to Woodhill’s par levels at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes.</li><li>Enter drink orders into POS system immediately, accept payment or apply charge to member’s account, present signature slip for member to sign.</li><li>Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in accordance with Woodhill’s standards.</li><li>Polish stemware.</li><li>Be attentive! Anticipate members’ needs and offer assistance before the member asks for it.</li><li>Count drinks that guests are served. Serve alcohol responsibly. Should a guest reach a state where the bartender does not feel the guest should drive, supply a taxi. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
