    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive wage ($25/hr. +)</li>\n <li>Company paid health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid vacation&nbsp;and productivity bonus&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career stability and growth</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program</li>\n <li>Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed</li>\n <li>On the job training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all required safety checks on cranes, welding equipment, and tools at the start of each shift and continue inspections throughout the shift; document results per procedure.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Set up and operate machinery and welding equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Seam welders (Sub Arc and K‑TIG)</li>\n   <li>TIG and MIG hand welding</li>\n   <li>Large and small plate rolls</li>\n   <li>Beveling machines, shears, brake presses</li>\n   <li>Hand tools used for cleaning and material preparation</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Inspect all raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications and required documentation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform in‑process and final inspections of products to verify conformance to customer specifications and applicable codes; record all critical measurements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to company quality standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Cross‑train in the parts preparation department, including operation of Marvel saws and other metal‑forming equipment as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accurately complete and maintain required production and quality documentation for all projects.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Safely operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts; successfully complete all required equipment operation and safety training.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain housekeeping standards and perform other duties as assigned to support operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to learn and perform MIG and TIG welding proficiently.</li>\n <li>Above‑average mechanical aptitude and math skills, including fractions and decimals.</li>\n <li>Ability to accurately read and use measuring equipment such as tape measures, calipers, and related tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Basic reading and writing skills required.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet predefined deadlines while managing job‑related pressure and stress.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pneumatic tools provided by the company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Hand tools required to complete assigned job tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and meet team expectations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding of and commitment to company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and comply with all company safety rules and regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills; ability to work as part of a team and assist with training others.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to consistently meet deadlines under pressure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for an entire shift, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Frequent light lifting (up to 15 pounds).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Frequent moderate lifting (15–45 pounds).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SAMST</p>",
