This individual will be responsible for safely maintaining machine tools, fixtures and dies. In addition, this position supports other facility processes as necessary. Duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: problem solving, project collaboration, and quality control. The goal&nbsp;is to safely achieve excellence in all facets of the role, providing the highest quality service and safety, while effectively, and efficiently increasing value for our shareholders and&nbsp;customers.&nbsp;A detailed orientated, self-motivated, problem solver that utilizes a strong work ethic&nbsp;for a 300+ union facility in <strong>Chilton, WI</strong> is required. Pay based on skill and experience for Maintenance Mech 4.&nbsp;<span> </span><strong>Hours are 10:00pm - 6:00am.&nbsp;</strong><span>&nbsp;</span>Apply to learn more!&nbsp;<strong>Training on 1<sup>st</sup> or 2<sup>nd</sup> shift.</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Perform all duties in a safe manner&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Know, understand, and follow plant safety rules, policies and procedures including LOTO</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Must be able to work 8-10 hours daily on 3<sup>rd</sup> shift and on weekends</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Knowledge of die building and repair, along with the ability to disassemble and assemble machine tools and dies, and perform routine preventative maintenance</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Sets up, troubleshoots, and makes advanced adjustments to machines as needed to maintain good production and quality</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Knowledge of how to replicate parts with or without blueprints</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Participate in continuous improvement projects throughout the facility including various automation projects</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Must be proficient with machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders</span></p></li>\n <li><span>Assist others as needed</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain a clean work area&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete paperwork as required</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform all duties in the spirit of Our Philosophy and in accordance to legal, ethical and contractual practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Blueprint reading skills, math skills, and in-process inspection skills of machine parts to specification while&nbsp;</span><span>maintaining close tolerances of ±.0005.&nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Must be able to work independently; will be responsible for specific or cross-functional tasks, based on equipment</span></p></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Must be able to work with other trades: maintenance, electrical, engineering, quality &amp;
