The <strong>Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program</strong> is an immersive, hands-on experience that offers candidates the opportunity to rotate through each of our 11 store departments, gaining a deep and comprehensive understanding of operations, leadership, and customer service at every level.</p><p>Participants will work side-by-side with experienced leaders and team members, learning the unique functions of each department, mastering day-to-day operations, and developing the skills necessary to successfully run a department or store in the future.</p><p>Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be eligible for promotion to open roles such as <strong>Assistant Store Manager</strong> or <strong>Department Manager</strong>. While there is no guaranteed placement or specific timeline, graduates of the program will be prioritized for internal leadership opportunities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Participate in structured training rotations across all 11 departments, including Front End, Produce, Grocery, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Vitamins, Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, and Receiving.</li><li>Learn all operational functions within each department, including ordering, merchandising, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance.</li><li>Shadow and assist Department Managers and Store Leaders in daily operations and team supervision.</li><li>Demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to learning and leadership development.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and model Frazier Farms&rsquo; values and culture.</li><li>Complete assigned projects, training checklists, and performance evaluations throughout the program.</li><li>Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across all departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior retail, grocery, or customer service experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Willingness to train in multiple store locations if required.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>This is a <strong>full-time</strong>, paid training position.</li><li>Program duration is based on individual progress and department readiness.</li><li>Promotions are <strong>not guaranteed</strong> and are contingent upon performance and business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Join the Frazier Farms Family</strong> and be part of a growth-focused company that values integrity, hard work, and leadership from within.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
