Check out our Firm Culture here. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. </p>\n<h2>We Know You</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You have <strong>at least 3 but no more than 5</strong> years of meaningful experience in <strong>mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs)</strong> while working at a midsize or large law firm. With strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills, you approach your work with a productive and positive attitude. <strong>You are admitted to practice and in good standing</strong> with either <strong>the DC or New York Bar</strong>.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
